Trips to and from your clinic to refill prescriptions are not always pleasant, especially if you are required to stay indoors and protect your health. Prescription delivery services have become a much-appreciated solution. We offer same-day delivery of prescription medications to your doorstep. We also facilitate the refill of all drugs that you may need.

Verification: We verify your medical records on our end and confirm your prescription details with your doctor.

Payment and Delivery: You will then be sent an invoice and the delivery date and time will be assigned.

Please note that our service does not include deliveries to Jurong Island, Jurong Island checkpoint, Sentosa Island, and Pulau Ubin.

What else should I know about Medical Delivery Services?

·All verified and delivered medical items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
·You or an authorized person who is 18 and older should be present to receive the delivery at the mutually agreed time, date and location.
·You should be aware that there will be a penalty fee for any unsuccessful delivery due to:Invalid address
-No one to receive the order.
-Cancellation or adjustments made to the order within 3 working days of the confirmed delivery date.
·Additional charges may also apply for special arrangement deliveries or re-deliveries.

What is the waiting time for my medication?

Your order will arrive within one workday after payment for your order has been made.

If I need my medication urgently, can I receive my prescription the following day?

All you need to do is give us a call and our staff will immediately set a plan in motion to get your medication to you on time.

How can I make a payment?

Payments can be made through FAST bank transfer.

Is weekend delivery available?

No, there are no deliveries on public holidays and weekends. We deliver on weekdays only. Extra charges may be incurred for specific time requests.

Where do you deliver to and is overseas delivery available?

We deliver anywhere in Singapore, except Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, Jurong Island checkpoint, and Pulau Ubin. We do not offer international deliveries because of the imposed import restrictions on all pharmaceutical products.

How much does delivery cost?

You pay $15 per delivery.

Are there any other terms and conditions that I should be aware of?

  • Our medication delivery service is exclusively for our registered patients at the clinic.
  • We do not deliver extreme temperature-sensitive or highly regulated drugs.
  • Extra charges may be incurred for bulky or heavy products.
  • Ordered medication should be a repeat or partially filled prescription.
  • The purchase invoice which includes both delivery charges and prescription fees will be sent to you.
